Real Estates are not easy to acquire, maintain and access not only because that they are costly, but also they require considerable time allocation and means of access.

Virtual Estates on the other hand are affordable nearly by all and accessible from almost everywhere and by everybody around the globe as long as connection to internet is possible.

Furthermore the development/construction, extension and reconstruction activities for Real Estates take long delivery times with high investment values and requiring significant amount of resources  whereas they are nearly negligible for Virtual Estates.
